The Grants.gov Training Environment will be undergoing routine, scheduled maintenance on Monday February 23, 2015. The maintenance window is as follows:

Scheduled Maintenance Outage:

Training Environment will go Offline Monday February 23, 2015 at 12:01 AM EDT.

Training Environment will go Online Tuesday February 24, 2015 at 6:00 AM EDT.

Production remains online.

 

In the event that we run into any issues or finish maintenance ahead of schedule, we will post follow-up messages to the Grants.gov Blog (http://grants-gov.blogspot.com) and we will send an email to our distribution lists.

Technical Alert: Browser Troubleshooting – Browser Support and Clearing Browser Cache

For users who are having trouble accessing the Grants.gov website, please follow the instructions below or ask your IT department for assistance. Once the steps are completed, please check if your issue is resolved.

 

1.)    Verify you are using a compatible web browser.

http://www.grants.gov/web/grants/support/technical-support/software/browser-support.html

2.)    Clear your browser cache to ensure your browser is retrieving the latest files from Grants.gov.  

3.)    Verify that your browser used to access Grants.gov supports TLS v1.0, TLS v1.1, or TLS v1.2; and at least one of the TLS options is enabled. Browsers only using SSL v2 and/or SSL v3 enabled will no longer be supported.

If your issue is still not resolved, please contact the Grants.gov Support.

Production Environment will go Online Tuesday February 17, 2015 at 6:00 AM EDT.

Training environment remains online.
