Alert: Comcast's Network Outage

Due to a national network issue with Comcast’s internet service, some users whose traffic is routed through Comcast’s network may experience problems connecting to Grants.gov or other websites.

Grants.gov is operating normally.

Applicants who are unable to access Grants.gov are encouraged to contact their internet service provider.

The Grants.gov Production and Training environments are back online.

The Grants.gov Production and Training Environments will be undergoing routine, scheduled maintenance on Saturday June 16, 2018.

The Grants.gov Release 16.2.1 (Applicant S2S changes) will be deployed to the Grants.gov Production environment. For additional information about Release 16.2.1, please review the Grants.gov R16.2.1 Applicant Release Notes: https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/support/releases.html

The maintenance window is as follows:

Production Scheduled Maintenance Outage:

• Production Environment will go Offline Saturday June 16, 2018 at 12:01 AM ET.
• Production Environment will go Online Monday June 18, 2018 at 6:00 AM ET.

Training Scheduled Maintenance Outage:

• Training Environment will go Offline Saturday June 16, 2018 at 12:01 AM ET.
• Training Environment will go Online Monday June 18, 2018 at 6:00 AM ET.
