REMINDER: There may be periods,
during the maintenance window, whereas the system is visible to external users.
Applicants should not attempt to submit packages until the PMO updates
the homepage, blog, and email communications announcing that the maintenance
has been completed. At that time, the Grants.gov system will be fully
functional and usage may resume.
