Grants.gov Notice - Important Applicant Information

The Grants.gov website was updated with important Applicant information. 

•  A new Outreach page, Grants.gov Notices, was added to provide Applicant impacts for upcoming changes. 
• The Grants.gov Calendar page was updated with Release 14.0 scheduled deployment dates for the Production and Training.
• The Grants.gov Releases page was updated with Release 14.0 Preliminary Applicant Release Notes.
