Technical Alert: Browser Troubleshooting – Browser Support and Clearing Browser Cache


For users who are having trouble accessing the Grants.gov website, please follow the instructions below or ask your IT department for assistance. Once the steps are completed, please check if your issue is resolved.
 
1.)    Verify you are using a compatible web browser.

2.)    Clear your browser cache to ensure your browser is retrieving the latest files from Grants.gov.  

3.)    Verify that your browser used to access Grants.gov supports TLS v1.0, TLS v1.1, or TLS v1.2; and at least one of the TLS options is enabled. Browsers only using SSL v2 and/or SSL v3 enabled will no longer be supported.
